That looks amazingly yummy. Since we are so far north, our tomatoes are still far from ripe, but one of my favorite things to make with fresh tomatoes is a lightly cooked tomato-basil-garlic-parmesan pasta sauce. I do it all by &quot;feel&quot;, so unfortunately I have no recipe.
